Richard provided a professional, efficient and informative service. He worked quickly, wasn’t phased by problems and was very pleasant. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

This is the second time in so many years that I needed Richard's services and he responded promptly, was able to visit quickly, and solved what I needed. In the first visit he was extremely careful to handle a hidden leak in a wall that had been recently decorated. The leak was tricky to find and he saved me so much money by solving it quickly and doing it in a way that didn't disrupt any decoration previously done. Second time, he replaced an old stop tap and outside tap. Definitely recommend him, he is my go to plumber.

Richard did a great job for us replacing and fitting a new basin in our downstairs toilet. He was very quick to come round and quote and also did the job within a matter of days. A first class job at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Richard is friendly, helpful and transparent. I had some issues with a boiler he discovered during a service which he helped a novice (me) understand the problems faced and navigate some irregularities with my warranty! Would recommend without hesitation

Fantastic service. Called in the morning with a leaking shower. Richard agreed a time to have a look that day, arrived as planned then fixed within an hour at a great price. Absolutely recommend.

I called this morning at 10am to see if it was possible that he had any availability for today to fix my basin waste pipe leak, by 3pm the leak was solved in a very professional manner plus in quick time. He is very reasonable for pricing of which I don't think anyone could beat. I highly recommend Richard for his fast response time and getting the job done! Very pleased with his service and I will use again in future.

Superb. Lovely trio, we're in and out, quick as a snap. Nothing was a problem. Contacted at 8am, as a long shot request, to get a radiator put back on, and provide a new valve. Replied within 2 minutes. They've just left the job at 15:40, having carried out two jobs in one go, fixed a kitchen tap issue we mentioned. Well prepared, can do folks, especially given it was a VERY short notice and they seemed to have fit us into a rather tight schedule. Would definitely recommend.

What a find!!!! We are new to the area and needed a plumber for a leak in our toilet. Richard and his very professional team turned up early (we are difficult to find) and completed the job in a thoroughly pleasant and professional manner. Fab blokes really recommend! Will be using again when needed, they came out to investigate a leak the same day I rang. Booked in shortly after for a big job, arrived when they said they would, no messing about, got straight into it, figured out exactly where the leak was in no time and fixed there and then. Lovely, friendly service with no hassle or having to chase them. Really reasonable prices and top quality work! Honestly can’t recommend them enough 😊😊😊
